We are an authorized service agent for all brands that we supply. If you are having issues with an air conditioning unit, give us a call. We will schedule a time to send our technicians out to take a look at your air conditioner and determine the best course of action.

To have your air conditioner running correctly, efficiently and quietly, ensure you take the time to:

Clean the filter: Big or small, ensure you clean your filter at least once a month.

Do not cover the outdoor unit or block the fan of the outdoor unit: The outdoor unit should have good ventilation; it is designed to be in the open. You can clean it with a garden hose if it is dirty.

Make sure to operate the system utilising the correct function: The air conditioning system is doing only what you tell it to do. It will not give you warm air if it is operating on the cooling function and vice-versa. Set it on the heating function when you want warm air (generally a sun symbol) and on the cooling function when you want cold air (generally a snowflake symbol).
